Carriers: We use a combination of Royal Mail, DPD, and FedEx depending on the destination and service level chosen.
Customs & Duties (DDP): We ship to the European Union and International destinations on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means The Grounding Company covers all import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees. The price you pay at checkout is final; you will not be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery.
