Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Grounding Company. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email).

Return Shipping Instructions

Please do not send returns to our office in Lithuania. All items must be returned to our logistics partner in the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Returns (Customs):
If you are returning items from outside the UK (e.g., from the EU), you must clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs declaration. Failure to do so may result in import duties being charged to us, which may be deducted from your final refund.

Refund Process

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

  • Timing: We will process the refund without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
  • Method: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Conditions of Return & Consumables

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Please be aware of the specific exceptions to our return policy regarding hygiene:

  • Bed Linen: For strict hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on used bed linen (including earthing sheets and pillowcases) if the seal has been broken or the item has been used.
