Thank you for shopping with The Grounding Company. This policy outlines our shipping terms, processing times, and delivery estimates. We ship all products from our logistics center in Great Britain.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing begins the business day after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination.

  • Shipping Origin: Great Britain (United Kingdom)
  • Carriers:
    • Standard Shipping (Global): Royal Mail (Tracked)
    • Priority / Express Shipping (EU): DPD
    • Priority / Express Shipping (International): FedEx

Estimated Transit Times: Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, the following delivery estimates apply:

  • Standard Shipping (Europe): 5 to 10 business days
  • Priority Shipping (Europe via DPD): 3 to 6 business days
  • Standard Shipping (International): 7 to 15 business days
  • Priority Shipping (International via FedEx): 2 to 6 business days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes or carrier delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking

All shipping methods we use are fully trackable. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing your tracking number.

  • Royal Mail: Used for "Standard" shipping.
  • DPD: Used for "Priority" shipping within Europe.
  • FedEx: Used for "Priority" shipping internationally.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to populate. You can track your order status directly on the carrier's website using the provided number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Hassle-Free)

We Cover All Import Fees (DDP)

To ensure a seamless experience for our customers in the European Union and abroad, we ship all orders using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.

  • No Additional Fees: The Grounding Company pays all import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees on your behalf.
  • Final Price: The total cost displayed at checkout is guaranteed. You will not be asked to pay any extra charges upon delivery, regardless of your location.

Damaged or Lost Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@groundingco.eu. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

If your tracking number states your order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local delivery office before contacting us.
