Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped via DHL from our logistics center in Germany.

Below are the estimated delivery times after your order has been processed and shipped:

  • Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland: 3-5 business days
  • Other EU Countries: 5-10 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by our carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as high shipping volumes or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a DHL tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can use this number to check your order's status on the DHL website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders are shipped from within the European Union (Germany). For customers with shipping addresses located within the EU, there will be no additional customs duties or taxes to be paid upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
